Brand & design systems
A design system is the set of decided values — colour, type, spacing, components, templates — that every later piece inherits instead of re-deciding. Make It Happen builds yours as eleven live modules, then produces your site, decks and brochures from it, every value tracing to a token.
Four pieces that look like four companies
One system. Every deliverable inherits from it.
What it solves
The deck, the site, the brochure and the social post look like four different companies. Nobody can say which blue is the real blue, and every new file re-decides it.
Every new piece starts from a blank page, so a colour and a typeface get chosen again from scratch. The brand erodes one file at a time, and no single file looks like the culprit.
Design review turns into taste arguments because there is nothing written down to argue against. A system moves the argument to the token, settles it once, and every later deliverable inherits the answer.
What you get
An eleven-module system: logo, colour, typography, spacing, iconography, components, presentation layouts, photography direction, voice and tone, data visualization, document templates
The system itself as an interactive, multi-page reference with live controls — not a static document
Every deliverable produced from it: site, decks, brochures, documents, templates
A token behind every colour, size and spacing value, with nothing left to re-decide
Ten named aesthetic decisions, made by us and written down, so later pieces stop re-opening them
We do not name the company or clear the mark. Naming, trademark search and legal registration are a lawyer's work; we build the system around the name you already hold.
We do not print. Production runs and press supervision stay with your printer; we deliver artwork ready for them, in the formats they ask for.
We do not produce the photography and video the system calls for. The direction and the treatment are decided here; generating the pieces against them is the creative production service.
What changes
Every new piece re-decides its colour and its typeface.
Every new piece inherits them, and the only open question is the content.
Taste and production are tangled together, so both run slow.
Ten aesthetic decisions are ours and stay ours; agents execute everything before and after them.
Who this fits
Companies of roughly 10 to 200 employees that ship enough material to notice the inconsistency.
You are about to launch a site, a deck or a brochure and the three versions in circulation disagree.
3–4 weeks to the system itself
Whoever makes decks, documents and posts is walked through the live system and the templates in week one, and finishes it producing pieces without asking which colour to use.
Every engagement, same nine stages
Nine stages, in order, each one handing over a document the next one reads. It is the same sequence whatever is being built, which is why we can tell you where your project is on any day of the week.
Proof
Delivered work behind this service. No client is named without written permission.
Questions buyers actually ask
How long does a rebrand take?
Three to four weeks to the system itself, then deliverables produced from it as you need them. Weeks one and two set the aesthetic direction and the eleven modules; weeks three and four build the live controls and the first templates. Deliverables after that run in days, not weeks.
Is a person actually designing this, or is it all done by AI?
Ten aesthetic decisions per project: visual tone, colour strategy, type pairing, scope, format, variations, audience priority, photographic treatment, logo handling and interactive controls. Those require taste, and they are ours. Everything before and after them — research, module build, templates, production of every deliverable — is executed by agents.
Is this just a brand manual in a PDF?
No. You get an interactive multi-page system with live controls, so you change a value and see every component follow. A static document goes stale the week it ships because nothing enforces it. Here every value traces to a token, and the deliverables are produced from those tokens.
Can you work with the logo we already have?
Yes. Logo handling is one of the ten decisions we make, and keeping yours is a common outcome: we set how it sits, what clear space it needs and which variants exist. If it breaks at small sizes we say so and show you what fixing it involves.
What makes one brand system more expensive than another?
Three things: how many modules you actually need, how many deliverables come out of the system at the start, and whether there is an existing mark to keep or one to design. A fixed quote follows the first conversation within three business days. The page carries no figure because the module count is the variable, decided with you.
The possible part of the impossible.
If you have an idea that shouldn't work, bring it. We will tell you which part is genuinely impossible and which part is only hard. Most of it is the second one.
