Business AI agents
Make It Happen builds business AI agents that answer your customers and your own team in writing, around the clock, inside limits you set: the system reads only the records you connect, hands over to a person when it should, and logs every conversation.
The same questions answered again every day
Answer 200 times a day without hiring for it.
What it solves
Your team answers the same questions every day — is it in stock, where is my order, what are your hours, can you send me the form — and after closing time nobody answers at all. The message sits there until morning.
We build software that answers in writing from your own material: how you sell, collect and handle service. It reads only the records you connect it to, it works from message templates you approved, and it stops where you tell it to stop.
What you receive is infrastructure, not a prompt: a working agent with its own database, approved templates, hosting, an onboarding document and a tuning period. It escalates to a person when a case is outside its limits, and every conversation is logged for review.
What you get
A working agent trained on how your business sells, collects and handles service
Its own database, approved message templates, hosting and an onboarding document
A tuning period after launch, with the transcripts to tune against
Agents in the messaging apps your customers already write to, for sales, collections and service
An internal agent that answers your own team about process, stock or the state of a case
Automatic qualification and routing of inbound requests, with escalation to a person
Written limits on tone, scope and subjects it must not touch, plus every conversation logged to an audit trail you can search and export
We do not point it at records you have not approved. What it can read is written down before the build starts, and widening that list is a decision you make in writing.
We do not let it take an irreversible action. It answers, drafts and routes; refunds, commitments and anything about a specific person's case go to a human with the whole thread attached.
We do not replace your service team. There is always volume it should not handle, and the transcripts are there so you can see exactly how much that is.
What changes
Messages pile up overnight and the first hour of the morning goes to repeats.
Repeats are answered as they arrive, and the morning starts with the cases that need judgement.
Nobody knows what was promised in a chat last Tuesday.
Every conversation is logged, searchable and reviewable, with the escalations marked.
Who this fits
Fits a company of roughly fifteen to three hundred people whose inbound volume is written — messages, forms, email — and repeats itself most of the day.
You are weighing another hire just to answer messages, or after-hours enquiries keep going to whoever answers first.
3–6 weeks to a first working version
Whoever answers customers today writes the limits with us and reviews the first week's transcripts daily; handover is one session, and the tuning period runs on their corrections.
- Who can see what
Access is role-based and enforced row by row, so a record is visible to whoever it belongs to and to nobody else. Changing that is a screen, not a deploy.
- What is recorded
Every state change carries what happened, who did it and when. That history is the audit trail, and it is yours to read.
Every engagement, same nine stages
Nine stages, in order, each one handing over a document the next one reads. It is the same sequence whatever is being built, which is why we can tell you where your project is on any day of the week.
Questions buyers actually ask
What can it actually see, and what can't it?
It reads only the records you connect it to, listed in writing before the build. Anything outside that list is invisible to it, including fields you exclude inside a record you do connect. It cannot browse your files, and it hands a conversation to a person the moment a case leaves its scope.
How is this different from a chatbot?
A chatbot is a prompt with a text box. This is infrastructure: a working agent with its own database, approved message templates, hosting, an onboarding document and a tuning period. It knows how your business actually sells and collects, and it escalates to a person instead of guessing.
How long before it is answering real customers?
Three to six weeks to a first working version answering one channel on a defined subject list. After that comes a tuning period: we read the transcripts with you, correct what it got wrong, and widen its scope only when the narrower scope is reliable.
What happens when it doesn't know the answer?
It says so and hands the conversation to a person, with the thread and the customer's record attached so nobody starts over. You set which subjects always escalate regardless of confidence. Escalations are marked in the log, so you can see what it should learn next.
Can it work on our own team's questions, not just customers?
Yes. An internal version answers your own staff about process, stock or the state of a case, using the same permission boundary — each person gets answers only from the records their role can already open. That version is often the quieter win: fewer interruptions, and one answer instead of five opinions.
Who is responsible for what it says?
You are, which is why the limits are written before anything ships. Tone, scope and forbidden subjects are agreed in a document; replies on sensitive subjects come from templates you approved word for word; and every conversation is logged, so a wrong answer is findable, fixable and traceable.
In your industry
Where it fits
The possible part of the impossible.
If you have an idea that shouldn't work, bring it. We will tell you which part is genuinely impossible and which part is only hard. Most of it is the second one.
